Treatment of nausea and vomiting, vertigo, particularly in the prevention and treatment of motion sickness (given at least 30 min before traveling)

Control of parkinsonism and drug-induced extrapyramidal disorders

Adjunct in the emergency treatment of anaphylactic shock
